Information we collect
We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and carry out the work.
- Enquiry details you give us through the quote form, by email or by phone: your name, phone number, email address, company, and the service you need.
- Shipment details you give us so that we can quote and move cargo: origin, destination, commodity, weight or volume, target date and any notes.
- Documents needed to move and clear goods, which may include names and addresses of consignors and consignees and other trade information.
- Technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, recorded by our web server and by our analytics tools (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity).
How we use your information
We use personal data for these purposes:
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To book, move, document and clear your shipments and to keep you informed about them.
- To meet legal, customs, tax and record-keeping obligations.
- To keep our website secure and to understand how it is used so that we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, services provided by Google, and Microsoft Clarity, a service provided by Microsoft, to measure how the site is used: which pages are visited, the device and browser used, the approximate location of visitors, how they arrived, and how they move, click and scroll on a page. To do this they set cookies or use similar technologies in your browser. Clarity may record sessions as anonymised replays and heatmaps, and it masks what you type into form fields. We use the results in aggregate to improve the site, not to identify you personally.
We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. Doing so will not stop you using the site or sending an enquiry.
Who we share information with
We share personal data only where it is needed for the purposes above:
- Customs and other authorities, where the law or the movement of your goods requires it.
- Carriers, airlines, shipping lines, warehouse operators and our agent partners, to the extent needed to move and handle your cargo.
- Service providers that support our website, email, analytics and IT systems, including Google and Microsoft for website analytics, under appropriate terms.
- Professional advisers and public authorities, where we are required to or where it is necessary to protect our legal rights.
International transfers
Because we work through an agent network in more than 100 countries, shipment details, including names and contact details of the parties, may be sent to agents and authorities outside the United Arab Emirates. We share only what is needed to move your cargo, and we take steps to ensure that transfers comply with the cross-border transfer requirements of the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
How long we keep information
We keep personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this policy and to meet our legal, accounting and customs record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
[TODO-legal-review: confirm retention periods for enquiry records and shipping documents]
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), and to the extent it applies to us, you have rights including the following. To exercise any of them, email info@pluzlogistics.com.
- to be informed about how we use your data and to request access to it;
- to ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- to ask us to delete or restrict the use of your data, in the circumstances the law allows;
- to object to certain uses of your data and to withdraw consent where we rely on it; and
- to request a copy of data you gave us in a portable format, where applicable.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise a complaint with the competent UAE data protection authority.
Children
Our services and this website are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and the current version is always the one on this page.
