Operational strengths
Vehicle matched to the cargo and to the access at both ends — because a delivery that cannot be unloaded on arrival is not a delivery.
Transportation
Domestic and cross-border road transport with real-time tracking and route optimisation, connecting ports, warehouses and the final door.
What we offer
Almost no shipment is purely sea or purely air. Something has to collect it and something has to deliver it, and those road legs are where a surprising share of delay and damage occurs.
We run domestic movements within the UAE and cross-border work beyond it, with tracking on the vehicle and the customs side handled as part of the same booking when a frontier is involved.
Movements within the UAE, including port and warehouse drayage.
Road movements beyond the UAE, with the customs documentation arranged alongside.
The position of the vehicle is known and shared, not estimated.
Routing planned around the delivery window rather than the dispatch convenience.
Industries on this service
Road suits anything that has to reach a specific door, and is the only option for much project and oversized cargo.
Vehicle matched to the cargo and to the access at both ends — because a delivery that cannot be unloaded on arrival is not a delivery.
Tracking that tells you where the vehicle actually is, and routing planned around the delivery window rather than the dispatch schedule.
Road quoted as part of the whole movement rather than as an afterthought, backed by an agent network across more than 100 countries.
How it works
You send the collection and delivery points, the cargo details and the window. We confirm the vehicle type and the schedule.
The vehicle is dispatched and the cargo loaded, with the paperwork checked against the booking.
The movement is tracked in real time and the routing adjusted if conditions require it.
Delivery to the receiving door, with confirmation once the consignment has been handed over.
Why Pluz Logistics
Road is the leg customers notice, because it is the one that arrives at their door. It is worth getting the vehicle, the window and the access right.
Transparent pricing
We separate the charges we control from the statutory ones we collect and pass on, so you can see where the money goes and compare quotes on the same basis.
The exact lines depend on the routing, the commodity and the destination. We confirm them in writing before anything is booked.
Based on the vehicle type, the distance and whether the load is full or shared.
Handling at collection and at delivery where we provide it.
Transport paperwork for the movement.
On cross-border movements, preparing and filing the entry.
Charged only where they occur, and flagged in advance.
Set by the authorities, collected and passed on at cost.

Most shipments use more than one of these. Tell us the whole journey and we will quote it as one.

Warehousing, inventory and distribution handled end to end.
Storage and inventory control before onward distribution.
Documentation and clearance so cargo is not held at the border.
Supply-chain analysis to cut cost and keep deliveries on time.
Classification, packing and paperwork for dangerous goods.
Questions
The questions we are asked most often about this service.
FTL, or full truckload, dedicates a vehicle to your consignment and runs direct. LTL, or less than truckload, shares the vehicle with other shippers, so you pay for the space you use but the load may be consolidated and routed through a depot. FTL is faster and handles the cargo less; LTL is usually cheaper for small volumes.
Yes. We provide both domestic and cross-border road transport. Cross-border movements bring customs into the journey, so the documentation and the clearance are arranged as part of the booking rather than treated as a separate problem at the frontier.
Our road transport includes real-time tracking, so the position of the vehicle is known rather than inferred, and route optimisation is applied to the journey. We pass on status updates and flag any delay as it happens rather than after the fact.
Yes, and that is the most common way it is used. Road forms the collection and delivery legs around an ocean or air movement. Because we handle all three modes, the handover between them is coordinated by us and quoted as one movement.
Let's talk
Send the collection and delivery points, what the cargo is and the window it has to move in. We will confirm the vehicle and quote the run.
