Operational strengths
Dimensions and weights checked before booking, so the chargeable weight on the invoice is the one you were quoted. Paperwork prepared in advance, because an air shipment held for documentation loses the time you paid for.
Air freight
Time-definite air cargo services backed by airline networks, for consignments where the delivery date is the constraint rather than the cost.
What we offer
Air freight earns its cost when time is the binding constraint — a production line waiting on a part, a seasonal launch, a perishable or high-value consignment.
We book the capacity through airline networks, prepare the documentation, and arrange customs clearance so the shipment is not held up on the ground at either end. Because we also handle sea and road freight, we will tell you honestly when air is not the right answer, and quote the alternative alongside it.
Space booked through airline networks for the routing and timing your consignment needs.
Air waybill, commercial invoice and packing list prepared and checked before the shipment moves.
Clearance arranged alongside the booking rather than left for you to coordinate separately.
Road legs at both ends so the quote covers the door-to-door movement, not just the flight.
Industries on this service
Air suits some of the nine sectors we serve more often than others. These are the ones that most frequently travel this way.
Dimensions and weights checked before booking, so the chargeable weight on the invoice is the one you were quoted. Paperwork prepared in advance, because an air shipment held for documentation loses the time you paid for.
A clear comparison against the sea option, so the premium is a decision rather than a default. Where only part of a consignment is urgent, we will split it and move the balance by sea.
Freight and customs handled together, backed by an agent network across more than 100 countries and by a founder with over 20 years in shipping and logistics.
How it works
You send the origin, destination, dimensions, weight and required date. We confirm the chargeable weight and book the capacity.
Cargo is collected and the air waybill, invoice and packing list are prepared and checked against the booking.
The consignment flies on the booked routing, and we keep you updated on its progress and any change to the schedule.
Customs clearance at destination, then the final road leg to the receiving door and confirmation of delivery.
Why Pluz Logistics
Air freight is the most expensive way to move a consignment, so the value is in getting the decision and the paperwork right rather than simply booking a flight.
Transparent pricing
We separate the charges we control from the statutory ones we collect and pass on, so you can see where the money goes and compare quotes on the same basis.
The exact lines depend on the routing, the commodity and the destination. We confirm them in writing before anything is booked.
Based on the chargeable weight and the booked routing.

Most shipments use more than one of these. Tell us the whole journey and we will quote it as one.

Questions
The questions we are asked most often about this service.
Air freight is charged on whichever is greater: the actual gross weight of the shipment, or its volumetric weight calculated from the dimensions. Light but bulky cargo is therefore usually charged on volume rather than actual weight, which is why accurate dimensions matter as much as the weight when you ask for a quote.
Air freight suits cargo where the delivery date is the binding constraint, where the goods are high value relative to their weight, or where they are perishable or seasonal. Sea freight is normally more economical for large volumes and heavy consignments that are not time critical. For many shipments the sensible answer is a mix, and we will set out both options with their trade-offs.
An air shipment normally travels against an air waybill, together with a commercial invoice and a packing list. Depending on the commodity and the destination you may also need a certificate of origin, licences or permits, and declarations specific to the goods. We confirm the exact set for your shipment before booking.
Yes. Customs clearance is one of our core services and is arranged alongside the air booking, so the documentation and the clearance are handled together rather than left to you to coordinate separately.

Send the origin, destination, dimensions, weight and the date it has to land. We will come back with the chargeable weight and an itemised quotation.
