By form, email or phone. Whatever you have is enough to start — we will ask about the rest.
We confirm the chargeable weight, the documentation the lane needs, and anything the commodity requires.
In writing, with the charges we control shown separately from the duties and taxes we collect and pass on.
Once you approve it we book the space, prepare the paperwork and arrange clearance where you have asked for it.
Tell us the origin and destination, what you are shipping, the weight or volume, and the date it needs to arrive. If you know the commodity's HS code, or the cargo needs particular handling, include that too. The more detail you give us, the more precise the quotation.
